Ordering, delivery and storage — with days and districts to be announced when we start taking orders

Where do you deliver?: For now we will serve Istanbul only — local delivery and pickup. Districts and delivery days will be announced here once we start taking orders.
Do you ship across Turkey?: Our products are fresh and perishable, so we don't ship by courier yet. We plan to evaluate cold-chain shipping in the future.
When should I place my order?: Everything is made fresh for its delivery day. The same-day cutoff time will be shown clearly in the order flow.
How should I store the mousse?: Keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 2 days. We recommend refrigerating it as soon as it arrives.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?: Thick NY-style cookies keep for 3 days at room temperature — a brief warm-up brings back the day-one texture. Thin cookies keep for 5 days in an airtight container.
Can I send it as a gift?: Absolutely — everything ships in careful gift packaging. A free gift note field will be available in the cart; your note is added to the package as a card.
Where can I find allergen information?: Allergen details are on every product page and collected in one table on the Allergen Info page.
What is your return policy?: As perishable food, our products fall under the distance-sales withdrawal exemption; but if anything is wrong with your delivery, contact us and we'll make it right.
